Developing and executing the PR & marketing communications strategy to ensure brand awareness and revenue driving for Hyatt Regency 5* and Hyatt Place 4* hotels in Ekaterinburg, including:• Developing yearly and quarterly PR & marketing plans aligned with the hotels` business strategy and brands positioning. Ongoing optimization of presence on online/offline marketing channels and budget accuracy.• Compliance with the brand standards in communications with guests and operations, adaptation of the standards and marketing practices to the local market.• Development of photo/video content and creative visual assets (along with interior/food photographers, videographers, graphic designers, creative agencies).• Managing the collateral design (print and digital) to support the hotel operations and marketing activities.Digital and Performance Marketing: • Paid Search campaigns on Yandex and Google (contextual adverts, media banners) with support of Publicis Media agency (briefing, managing regular communications and KPIs/ROAS achievement, documents turnover).• Metasearch campaigns (Google, TripAdvisor) with support of Koddi agency.• Placement on OTAs and other distribution channels.• Social Media Marketing: content management, targeted ads campaigns, analytics.• PR & Media Relations: establishing communications with national and international online/print media and travel/lifestyle bloggers, partnership and co-marketing activities with luxury/premium brands;Pre-opening and opening PR & Marketing communications for the first Hyatt Place 4* hotel in Russia to ensure brand awareness, including:• Brand positioning, adaptation of the brand attributes to the Russian market.• Producing pre-opening photo and video shootings and development of creative visual assets.• Set-up of the hotel website, Social Media, presence on online distribution channels.• Launching online advertising campaigns, maximizing PR & media coverage and press tours organization.

• Managing B2C/B2B digital projects for travel brands, travel destinations and hotels; team work with designers, copywriters, developers.• Launching digital ads campaigns for clients, including Programmatic solution (travel audience by Amadeus).• Organising online and offline events for travel industry and making negotiations with foreign partners (Skift, Phocuswright, Booking.com, Amadeus).

• Managing cooperative marketing activities (co-op) with retailers (regional trade chains, online retailers, brand shops), execution of the national promo activities plan for TV, Home Appliance and Consumer Electronics products in the Ural-Volga region.• Analysis of sales indicators, development of co-op activities and performance evaluation (ROI, trade spend), budget control and reporting.• Tracking of co-op activities executions in points of sales: regular shop visits, interactions with sales men and promotional staff.• Media planning: online and offline advertising (outdoor, TV, radio) and marketing assets localisation.
