In this current role, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition activation to the successful candidate offering. Furthermore, I am mainly involved in conducting phone/zoom candidate screens and recommending candidates that meet qualifications for further consideration.My key achievements in this role have been:- Collaborate with Chief People Officer and hiring managers across 3 businesses to identify talent needs that will inform the development of recruiting strategies and plans to drive timely role fulfillment.- Accelerated overall organizational productivity and performance by identifying and sourcing talent across multiple functions and job levels.- Maintained consistent collaboration with the hiring manager and other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

In this role, I was mainly involved in increasing web presence and engaging prospects and workers by managing social media accounts across platforms using a bespoke content calendar. I maintained consistent collaboration with facility management on employee attendance tracking, upgrading the point system, absence follow-up, and employee mentoring.Selected contributions for this role were:Organized and led an average of six new hire orientation and safety training weekly for 2K seasonal employees.Successfully deployed and implemented the COVID-19 tracking system.

In this position. I maintained employee relations, including interviewing, prescreening, new hire orientations, counseling, payroll, and terminating assignments as required. Additionally, I conducted daily recruitment update meetings to review the team's objectives, obstacles, and possibilities.Noted Accomplishments:Interviewed more than 150 potential applicants per month; 100-250 cold calls weekly.Met staffing demands by coordinating virtual job fairs and recruitment events during the pandemic.
