I begin with loading every tire on the inspections machine. I mark and label what tread, size, and bar code number on the size of each tire so everyone knows what to build on it down the line in production. I run metal wires through the tire to find any metal debris, nails, or wood particles logged deep inside the tire structure. I inspect for any imperfections, separations, cuts, holes, popping, deep scrapes inside and outside of the tires. I mark them with certain marks to indicate what type of repairs the tire will require before being treaded. And I do all this under a minute and a half. It's a production factory so I have a certain amount of numbers I need to complete in order for us to make major profit. My quota is 160- 210 tires a day. I inspect 20-30 tires an hour depending on how damaged they are.

We would start by sanding down the platforms we build upon. Fill up all holes with bondall and sand down the imperfections. We construct the mold and place the steel plates in precise location. This has to be dead on our the entire structure could collapse. We may down the entire metal structure from rebar, wire mesh, steel chairs and plastic plates. Spray the mold down with oil. Than begin the concrete pours by lunch. We'd have four to five huge concrete structures built before the end of the day.
