Growing up as a child, I used to sit in front of the television on Saturday mornings. Instead of watching cartoons I found myself interested in the great chef cooking shows. As I watched the more intrigued I became. The food, the ingredients, and the chefs instantly took over. They inspired me to cook my first omelet at the age of 8 and from there my passion for food began.Over my teenage years I discovered I had a heart to serve others. Through personal experiences with people, my heart for others was always first by showing kindness, giving, and understanding others personal walks in life. By listening and connecting with peoples hearts I found joy and fulfillment in making others smile.From here my passions for food and people were married and my journey in restaurant hospitality was born and created. Since the age of 15 I have worked in the service industry developing knowledge for cooking, hospitality, leadership and management. I have been able to earn several management positions starting at age 20 and continuing on to become a general manager for now over 10 years. Someone asked me many years ago "How do you do what you do everyday?" To which i responded, "I don't have to think about what I have to do each day. All I do is take care of people by serving them great food and giving them great service. I just treat everyone as if they were part of my own family and welcome them into my home.
