Presenting and reporting on KPIs and advising on methods to increase the profitability and efficiency of the operating units. I also prepare feasibility studies on potential new operations and businesses, • Financial controller – responsible for maintaining all company bank and loan accounts, paying suppliers / landlords / employees and collecting rent and money from tenants and credit customers.• Perform Bank and cash sales reconciliation's. • Payroll – calculating, recording and paying wages and reporting to HMRC.• Purchase ledger - I am responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and running the month end and year end procedures.• Management - manage head office and train accounts assistants and office based staff.• Communication – liaise and be point of contact with all company stakeholders.• Marketing and Customer Relations – I have taken over the marketing department. I have set up a Corporate Membership scheme with over 60 high profile companies in South Wales where I liaise with their HR and social welfare departments.I also deal with customer complaints and run all social network profiles and daily deal website contracts.
