LNG Controller, LNG Facilities Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up

"C" Production Operator who is responsible for monitoring, controlling, starting and stopping equipment (such as compressors, pumps, furnaces, etc.) in the everyday operations of the Platformer Units, Naphtha Unifiner Unit, PSA Unit, Diesel Hydrotreating Unit, Dehexinizer Unit, Reformate Splitter Unit and Penex Unit. Accountable for monitoring equipment performance, and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that all unit conditions and operations are in compliance with the Company’s safety, environmental and operating policies and procedures. Collecting data via process control computer interface and upload onto computer based analysis platform (MAINTelligence Reliability System). Performing required preventative maintenance and assisting in the troubleshooting of potential issues while providing assistance to others when unit problems occur. Communicating with engineers, maintenance technicians and other team members to assist in identifying maintenance issues and planning and scheduling maintenance activities. Conduct routine Unit outages/ shutdowns and startups. Participating in training and responding to emergency situations as required.

Responsible for daily operations of a state of the art Biofuel refinery using Emerson Delta V DCS to properly observe process performance, meeting daily expectations, and accessing plant and unit information of the Hydrotreating and Fractionation Process Unit. Ensuring that operations are within environmental permitting requirements in the Environmental and Utility Units , Ensuring efforts are documented in accordance with policies and procedures. Power generation via "STG" Console utilizing waste heat from the Thermal Oxidizing Unit to fire a Waste heat Boiler producing 600lb steam where supplemental electricity was generated via a "Co-Gen" Steam Turbine Generator Unit to offset cost overruns in our power consumption.Console operations of Biomass Feed Production Unit produced the feed/charge for the BFCC (Biomass Fluid Catalytic Cracking) Unit.
