• Develop, implement and manage strategic business plan for the growth of the market in line with Sales & Marketing Strategy and objectives.• Lead and manage the delivery of the Sales & Marketing strategy in Queensland within budget and expected timeframes.• Provide effective leadership and motivation to the Queensland State Team.• Continually pursue options for increased productivity, efficiency and output by driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring functional alignment and leveraging resources across the Queensland team.• Prepare annually and manage the operational budget for the Queensland State Team that includes quarterly forecasting of income and expenses.• Manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed in a timely manner.

• Providing support, coaching and mentoring to State Youth Managers, helping to identify training needs and liaising with respective State Managers in regards to performance, training and strategy.• Coordinate and communicate the relevant national strategy and processes to all focus area team members and ensure consistency across States in sales and promotion whilst implementing best practice.• Identify opportunities for growth in market and implement strategies to assist in meeting KPI’s.• Conduct campaign analysis on a National level providing insights/learning that will inform future strategy.• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to agree to and understand expectations, priorities and manage resources/capacity issues to maximise delivery of targets.

• To support and assist in the development of a state specific plan to deliver WVA Strategic goals. • To identify and assist in the implementation of the projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and/or reducing costs in support of State plan. • Provide effective leadership and management to the QLD youth team.• To ensure that KPI’s around school engagement and participation in World Vision activities are met.• To participate in the review of programmes and activities to ensure constant improvements in service performance.• To provide effective event management in support of segment activities.
