Started as a programmer/Analyst with EDS in 1995 and quickly became a hands on technical lead within the Saturn Service Parts Operation (SSPO). Later, I became the delivery manager for the SSPO as the client contact for everything technical; project estimate, desktop support, small improvements, production support, Y2K. During this time I was instrumental in creating a multi-million dollar renewal contract for the SSPO as part of the Saturn support contract. Finished at Saturn as part of the project management office and the delivery manager and application owner of the Saturn Sales and Marketing (SSM) team, responsible for overseeing all projects, minor improvements and production support. I was also responsible in getting projects approved by the EDS and GM review boards, resource project planning and acting program manager for SSM, member of Saturn change control board, prioritizing work with the client and managing resource workloads, and reviewing major incidents in the SSM are with EDS and GM Senior leadership. In May of 2006, I transitioned into a project manager role as a contractor with Unum.

Software Engineer / Programmer: Learned SMC's HR Millenium System responsible for enhancements and bonus system. Later became sole programmer for SMC's Kid Central endeavor and finished as a Systems Engineer designing a new commission system for the Jewelry Sales Associates.

Dayton, Ohio

Application programmer analyst but also filled roles such as technical lead, software deployment co-lead, technical core team. Most of the time was spent on the Air Force Stock Control and Distribution System. During this time a received a Silver Corporate award from Computer Sciences and also recognized by the Outstanding Young Men of America organization.
