While I was at Fastenal I was considered the Wild card. I was the first vending specialist at Fastenal as a test to see what type of a impact a onsite and online associate could make on the California region. I helped revolutionized onsite support for both branches and customers. I created a all inclusive vending guide for all branches in California to use. I provided technical support for all districts upon request. My specialty was to go into a new or failing branch in vending and help build a foundation and train the employees the proper way to run the program. I also held presentations with current and future customers to help them get the most out of their vending program. Not only did my position exceed it's expectations I was in charge of training 6 other vending specialists throughout California.

I trained a group of 3 employees to provide technical support and building Fastenal Vending Machines from scratch. I also trained my employees the proper way of implementation of the Fastenal Vending machines at the customers site. This included troubleshooting technique's for common problems. I provided service assistance to all of California and Mexico. Telephone support with all customers and branches. Scheduled all vending machines as well as planned the logistics of planned routes for each of my driver/installers to maximize both window time and effectiveness of the route. Placed as high as 3rd place on a profit and loss score card stand point in the whole company.
