I spent 28 years in the footwear industry, building our family business www.moshulu.co.uk with my brothers. In 2012 I headed out into the big wide world to start over on my own. In an industry I knew nothing about, the next 5 years were the toughest, more than I ever imagined. Taking on a failing Office Supplies business and turning it around was so hard, I really should have quit multiple times....but I didn't! Now that business has an amazing team, headed up by my business partner Lesley Allinson, delivering great customer service, enabling me to invest in, and work with, some equally amazing people building brands and businesses. We have a marketing and design studio www.spsmarketing.co.uk. run by the talented and dedicated Darren Graydon. We have a double glazing business www.estuaryview.co.uk run by Lesley Allinson and Richard Tissot, Richard has years of experience in the trade, and Lesley has years of experience in business. We have a diverse portfolio because we invest in people rather than businesses providing space, finance and direction to budding entrepreneurs, looking to build something special.
