- Performed various tasks preparing copper materials for shipping. (i.e. brushing, coiling, heating, packing) Brushing - guiding copper through a machine that uses spinning wire brushes to smooth the ends after the metal is cut; coiling - placing material on a machine that winds long pieces of copper into a coil; Heating - placing copper on metal trays and using a crane to send it through a furnace to melt the metal; Packing - placing copper that is to be shipped in boxes and stacking them on wooden skid according to specific weight requirements. Preparing skids to be loaded onto a truck.

- Worked as part of a production line where I placed trays for 2-liter beverages on the production line or operated a box-making machine that placed the boxes on the production line preparing them for shipping.

- Assist incoming callers (health insurance members and health care providers) with benefit, eligibility and claims issues. Act as a liaison between the members and various departments. Maintained a minimum of 95% quality rate for each call. Worked to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
