I have unique experience and expertise in working with distressed assets and sales. I have successfully collected revenue from intangible assets (radio air time invoices) by negotiating work out plans/terms. To be successful I had to convince the debtor to pay our organization before others. This experience translated into real estate when I was the Financial Manager of ERA and later Director of Financial Services at Welcome Wagon under the Cendant Corporation umbrella. In this capacity I engaged our affiliates to pay transaction and franchise fees. In some cases promissory notes. Beign able to negotiate in the most difficult of circumstances enabled me to successfully close many transactions as a real estate agent. These deals created relationships that enabled me to form my own firm in which I source deeply discounted properties from banks so that my clients (investores) can make more money on more deals without competition.
