I have found that collaborative learning builds stronger working relationships.I am strong in data mining - finding statistical information through logical assessment of data sets to provide insights. In my work life, I am that guy that others come to for answers because I can usually map out how to extract information from data, whether I'm explaining how to do it or doing it myself. The resulting data provides confidence in the statistic, or shows where we can improve our data collection.
