• Assisting with risk assessments as required and follow up control measures to completion.• Compiling daily safety metrics for site leadership team.• Drafting of recordable and RIDDOR based incidents on site for review.• Advising colleagues and Managers on company procedures and legal requirements.• Knowing my own level of competence and not give information outside this level.• Ensuring compliance to company safety procedures through audits and inspections.• Investigating accidents, near misses and incidents to establish root cause.• Updating internal records with regards to incidents, near misses and accidents.• Undertaking projects and information gathering to identify hazards and level of risk.• Being involved in undertaking action plans to maintain compliance with legislation.• Maintain confidentiality in matters involving Safety investigations
