I overee and direct nine special agents, seven task force officers, and four professional support who conduct criminal investigations associated with gangs and criminal enterprises, drugs, violent crimes, and organized crime. I also oversee a special program designed to support undercover operations. As a program coordinator and supervisor, I manage operational budgets and spending, oversee investigations, and approve all operational aspects of investigations under my supervision.

During my tenure as an Assistant Inspector / Team Leader, I oversaw different teams of junior inspectors as we conducted field office audits, program reviews, and field office general inspections. I was also participated in on-site shooting reviews and the development of Legal Attaché Insepction Review Protocols. I was promoted to a GS-15 for this particular assignment.

As the supervisor and program coordinator overseeing the Mobile Division's Field Intelligence Group, I oversaw seven intelligence analysts, three special agents, and two professional support staff members. My responsibility was to provide strategic and tactical analytical support to both criminal and national security investigations.

During my three years assigned to FBI Headquarters as a supervisor, I managed three different areas of expertise: Confidential Human Source (CHS - Formerly Informant) Program, Witness Security Program, and the national backstopping system for undercover operations. As a supervisor in the CHS Program, I provided guidance and instruction on CHS developement and administration, as well as FBI and Department of Justice polices and procedures. I conducted on-site CHS Program Reviews to determine field office compliance with policies and procedures. As the program coodinator for the Witness Security Program, I managed all aspects of the FBI's witnesses who were placed into the protection program, ensuring their safety through compliance with procedures and proper documentation. As a supervisor overseeing the backstopping of undercover investigations, in addition to several covert platforms designed to backstop FBI undercover operations, more than 50 special agents and professional support staff, I oversaw the budget and distribution of millions of dollars dedicated to ensuring undercover operations and undercover employees remained covert, undetected, and safe.

As a Special Agent, I conducted investigations in several different investigative disciplines:Criminal Enperprise - This program includes Gang, Drug, Money Laundering, and RICO investigations into groups and criminal enterprises.Violent Crimes - This program encompasses Bank Robberies, Kidnappings, Extortions, Fugitives, Property Theft, Carjackings, Murder for Hire, and Assault on Federal Officers.Organized Crime - This Program investigates traditional organized crime such as Italian Organized Crime, La Cosa Nostra (LCN), Eurasian Organized Crime, Motorcycle Gangs, and other organized groups.

I oversaw weekly stock orders, employees daily activities and schedules, bank deposits, and currency and cash register transactions.
