As a Propositions Implementation Manager at Costa Coffee, I am responsible for leading and executing new initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth across all our UK stores. I leverage my 12+ years of managerial experience and retail expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain, to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners.I joined Costa Coffee in 2011 as a Store Manager, and since then, I have demonstrated my skills in multisite operations, analytical tasks, team leadership, and customer service. I have successfully managed two stores simultaneously, opened a new store at Leeds Bradford airport, and managed the flagship store in the UK for five months. I have also trained and developed several employees to become store managers themselves. I am passionate about Costa Coffee, a company that values quality, sustainability, and community, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
