I wonder!I'm Daryl John, an educator passionate about integrating digital tools into education to enhance learning outcomes and simplify academic burdens. With a background spanning K-12 teaching and technical support, I am developing a unique skill set that bridges traditional education and modern technology.My tenure as a Form Master and Subject Teacher at the Sierra Leone Grammar School honed my ability to create inclusive and dynamic learning environments. To bridge my educational knowledge gap, I pursued two Master’s degrees at East China Normal University in Educational Leadership & Management and Educational Policy & School Reform. I then transitioned to Shanghai Wicresoft, where I supported technical operations and conducted training sessions to improve staff proficiency. This blend of experiences has given me a deep understanding of both educational and technological landscapes.Fluent in English and proficient at saying ‘Hello’ and ‘Thank You’ in Chinese 😁, I look to better understand how AI and digital tools can lighten the academic load for students and educators alike in a positive and ethical manner.Beyond my professional pursuits, I leisurely follow football and cricket and occasionally indulge in gaming.
