Position and Duties: Manufacturing Supervisor, Rim Fire Plant. Oversee, direct and coordinate the daily manufacturing operations. Monitor production, productivity, and quality, ensuring standards are met. Monitor employee attendance, enforce policy, safety rules and regulations, and disciplinary actions if require. Monitor efficiencies to ensure that all production is meeting company metrics. Work with maintenance personnel to schedule maintenance to schedule repair work.

Position and Duties: Mechanical Adjuster, Rim Fire Plant on the Rim Fire Mod Loaders. Ensured the safe and reliable operations of the Mod Loader, with a crew of three Charger Operators. Led the crew in the production of safe and reliable munitions to be delivered to Federal Premium customers. Powder/Primer Hauler for the Center Fire plant, ensured that all machines have the correct type of smokeless powder and primers and correct any deficiencies as they are found, ensuring a safe and reliable product to the customer.

Position and Duties: Munitions Inspector responsible for the inspection and surveillance of Air Force assets as a contractor. Conducted periodic inspection of munitions for reliability and serviceability. Coordinated in and outbound shipments of assets. Assistant Munitions section Superintendent, helped coordinate day-to-day operations of the section. Certified ISO 9001:2008 auditor for DynCorp International.

Position and Duties: Responsible for production and delivery efforts of 25 personnel. Directed the production, inventory, issue, storage, receipt, shipment, handling and movement of munitions assets. Ensured and enforced, strict adherence to explosive safety/OSHA/ANSI standards. Responsible for performance reports, training requirements, counseling of all assigned.

Position and Duties: Diplomatic Liaison to the Egyptian Air Force. Advised the Egyptian Air Force Munitions section on the safe and reliable use of U.S. purchased munitions through Foreign Military Sales. Advised and guided Egyptian Air Force personal, on current U.S. Air Force standards on production planning and delivery of assets.

Position and Duties: Oversaw the explosive and weapons safety program for over 5K military and civilian employees. Conducted quarterly and annual safety inspections on 15 organizations that had munitions. Ensured and enforced, strict adherence to explosive safety in accordance with Air Force/Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board/National Fire Protection Association standards, in safe handling of munitions.
