- Customer Advocate/Support Services Specialist (September 2023 - April 2024)Responsibilities:
- Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) based on the authorized limits, guidelines, and protocols of Philcare from thecaptured requests of members and affiliated providers on the various digital channels
- Responds to various membersβ queries.
- Handles Outpatient Approvals and provides resolution to members' concerns or encountered issues that may result incomplaints.
- Occasional callouts to the Philcare affiliated Providers requesting for call back for LOA issuance and availment-relatedconcerns
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Department and Division Head
