As Vice President of Business Development at Visage Energy, Daryl-Lynn Roberts is responsible for developing and cultivating new business opportunities as well as relationships with energy companies and technology developers. Most notably, she manages the clean energy technology- consulting group focused on assisting technology developers in accelerating commercialization/ deployment of technologies (e.g. Microgrid, Energy Storage, Grid Modeling, Preferred Resources, and Carbon Capture & Storage, Direct Air Capture and Utilization). She also develops technology commercialization plans that address technical issues (e.g., a roadmap for the scale-up of technologies) and external engagement plans to outline an optimal technology transfer pathway

Co-Founder and CEO of ClimateTech startup Carbon Blade is pioneering a carbon capture & storage solution to provide stand-alone and small-footprint "Blade" modules that combine distributed, renewable-powered electrochemical separation for the removal of excess carbon dioxide from ambient air.

Conducted market research for Managing Directors in the Malibu, London and Germany offices.• Spearheaded research on emerging technologies in the Energy sector and Media sector. The research was usedby Managing Directors in conducting due diligence on the market potential of an industry sector.• Presented and implemented proposals for revamping company-wide contact database to senior management.Subsequently led a team of subcontracted engineers in the database rebuild.

Managed the Beta Customer Program for the launch of the company’s flagship product.• Led cross-functional team comprised of engineering, sales, and marketing responsible for managing twelve betacustomers prior to product launch and an additional sixteen customers acquired post-launch.• Updated senior management on the progress of the Beta Customer program during weekly program meetings.

Worked on several major product management assignments, including defining specifications for the company’s coreproducts: the style editor for the Zaplet platform, and the portal for the Zaplet Groups product.
