Responsible for information exchange and organizational messaging for the agency.

The team provides functional support for the Cyber Operations Branch. Functions include data transfer officer process program, auditing program, vulnerability assessment and IAVA patching, firewall change request, and PKI support to include NSS and CAC two factor authentication access and IC PKI.

One more customer service oriented branch added to my division: CWE branch. My division strives for a better "customer experience" when requesting any type of IT service. The division includes PKI, DPS, and now CWE.

Added the Data Protection Services Branch to the PKI Branch making this a new division. The DPS branch is responsible for the secure transfer of data across networks and training and approving data transfer agents (DTAs)

- Responsible for overall public key infrastructure management (PKI) for the organization- PKI integration, test & evaluation, planning and execution - Analysis of existing policies against National, DoD, and other policies, and establishing baseline solutions to close policy nonconformance - Analysis of existing PKE/I architecture for gaps; recommend and implement operational and technological solutions to close or mitigate nonconformance - Research and analysis of emerging PKE/I technologies and methodologies- Focus on customer experience
