Helped to implement the Campaign for Youth Engagement strategic plan. Spearheaded the establishment of CYE advisors to engage individuals on and off the Union board to help strategize and support CYE; and worked closely with the Camp Newman Hub to secure a grant from the San Francisco Federation for the North Peninsula Teen Initiative.

$1.2 billion 403b church pension plan for professionals serving Union for Reform Judaism congregations and the Reform Movement. Hired new Executive Director and outside investment advisors; revamped the investment funds' structure and provided greater investment flexibility for participants; developed a Jewish Values Investment policy to address.

The west coast's largest Reform Movement camp has served over 100,000 Jewish children, teens and adults and builds a culture of living Judaism, encouraging families to "bring camp home"​ and apply what they've learned in their daily lives. Oversaw the development of an over $30 million master plan to renovate and rebuild Camp Newman. Raised over $22.5.

$135 million JCC opened September 2009 focused on strengthening the Jewish community in the Palo Alto area. $18.1 million operating budget in FY2013. Paid down over $90 million of the original financing, restructured municipal debt and converted it to a 30-year mortgage. Began a $55 million comprehensive development campaign and hired a new Executive.

An integrated communications agency focused on serving corporate and product communications needs of leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. Helped to grow the firm from 6 employees to 130; opened office in 4 U.S. cities and London, UK.

Largest not-for-profit, social services agency in the Bay Area with revenue of approximately $23 million in FY2005.

An advisory firm assisting public and private companies with strategic communications with the investment community. Messinger Associates merged with WeissComm Partners in 2004.

Served as general partner of various Glynn Capital entities. Helped grow assets under management from $18 million to over $500 million.
