• Team Leadership: Responsible for all process engineers at univativ Hannover who work on-site for our clients• Project Support for Clients: Supporting all client projects in the creation and development of work plans• Supervision of Working Student Teams: Leading additional teams of working students at univativ Hannover who support the creation and/or development of work plans and work instructions.• International Coordination: Coordinating process engineers in France and India in the creation and/or updating of Bills of Materials (MBoM), work plans, and work instructions• Collaboration with Manufacturing Process Specialists: Working closely with specialists in manufacturing processes to validate work instructions• Candidate Selection: Assisting univativ Hannover in choosing the right candidates for new process engineer positions, including conducting interviews and making the final hiring decision

Production Process Optimization:• Analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operation• Testing of 3D models for their feasibility in assembly• Creating manufacturing documents (MBoM, routing and work instruction)• Creation of a logistical delivery concept via task sequence• Time management analysis of assembly processes with the creation and approval of work plans• Planning of workplace equipment• On-site supervision of the production process• Providing training sessions to new colleagues on the utilization of DELMIA (PLM) for tasks such as creating MBoM, routings, and work instructions• Coordinating collaboration with process engineers from the Bangalore, India site to create work instructions

• Familiarization with the selection and design of energy drag chains• Elaboration and preparation of a test stand for energy drag chains• Creation of new designs as well as the adaptation and optimization of existing components with Siemens NX • Presentation and discussion of the procedure and results
