Overseeing the build of OEM machines for the automotive power train sector from proposal through installation / start-up at customer plant. Handle any POC’s that become necessary to the successful completion of the job. Track hours, budget, and general job performance. Take care of any customer specifications, such as ATS, EPA, and ETI forms. Work closely with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure we meet targets for time, cost, scope, and quality. Chair all project related meetings and issue meeting notes. Set-up, and coordinate shipping of the finished product, and / or parts.

Level II Wet MT; Level II Dry MT; Level II LT; Level I UT; Heat treat testing; hardness testing.

Review incoming job folders for proper "routing" to achieve the most efficient manor of production. Review material requirements, paint, or coating specifications, as well as any type of special tooling requirements. Contact customers with any questions and/or insights into the job package.
