I have been active in the Beauty Profession since 1978, during which time I have gained broad industry exposure both in the UK and the International arena. The sphere of Training has long been my passion, particularly related to all aspects of customer service. I was based in the Asia Pacific region for eleven years, and became a Hong Kong Permanent Resident during that time. I am currently based in the UK, and enjoying the opportunity to select interesting work assignments both here and overseas. In addition to my training skills, which have been honed with some leading product ranges and Five Star Hotel brands, my range of experience spans all aspects of operation, including management, sales and marketing and product distribution.
