Involved investigating open trades with external fund managers and brokers. • Weekly allotment trading of Octopus' flagship inheritance tax service investment (OITS) as well as some of their other main quoted investments such as the VCT allotments and OPM (fund traded on daily). Processing of ad hoc cash withdrawals, income payments, stock transfers and fee processing on these investments. There were a number of competing daily deadlines/SLAs for this role. I was responsible for liaising with various front office, middle office and back office teams to ensure issues relating to different investment types were resolved in an efficient and timely manner. • In co-ordination with the robotic/operation change team, I designed and implemented system enhancements for both the OITS allotment process and the robotic stock transfer process. This has streamlined both processes, reducing the need for manual input and has substantially increased the volume of stock transfers we process daily -
