My role centers on spearheading the expansion and deepening of our enterprise market share, specifically through our offerings in SD-WAN, Private Cloud Infrastructure, and Mobile Private Networks. I am tasked with the strategic identification and cultivation of new business opportunities within large organizations, positioning our cutting-edge telecommunications solutions as pivotal to their operational success and digital transformation journeys.My responsibilities encompass the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial market analysis and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals with high-value enterprise clients. Leveraging an in-depth understanding of our core technologies Fixed Infrastructure, Mobility, Voice, SD-WAN, Private Cloud, and Mobile Private Networks. A significant part of my role involves building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential and existing client organizations. Through these relationships, I aim to understand their strategic goals, operational challenges, and future plans, enabling me to position our offerings as essential tools for achieving their objectives. By continuously monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, I keep our offerings relevant and competitive, thereby contributing to our company's revenue growth and market leadership in the telecommunications sector.I collaborate closely with product, technical, deployment and support teams to ensure that the solutions we propose are not only technically viable but also aligned with client expectations and future needs. Working together with industry leaders we are progressively shifting the Newsagency business dynamic to diversify and allow our clientele to realise their goals.Infinity which is a new Point of Sale software project commissioned by Retail Systems is set to be the new benchmark for the Newsagency industry. Our support model backed by a Service Level Agreement which mirrors standards set by Retail Systems establishes a guaranteed response window for support solutions that is accessible by Retail Systems clients 24/7.Primarily I am involved in sales and support of Infinity and existing Retail Systems software. I am also involved with the data conversion and training of new clientele. Other emerging areas that I will be increasingly committing time to will include the ongoing production of market leading user tools and guided education experiences for our clientele. I worked for Pos Solutions Aust Pty Ltd as a support engineer and sales consultant. Primarily I was responsible for the sales and support if the PosBrowser Point of Sale software and its many integrated programs and partner api configuration. I can confidently say that there would be few that could challenge my knowledge on this software and its most profitable application. It has been my absolute pleasure serving the PosBrowser community and I have made many great relationships in the past 5 years.I have moved on to have a break and pursue higher challenges.
