I have a CIPD Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Crosskeys College and over 10 years of experience in various HR roles in retail, hospitality, and the building trade.In my current role, I communicate and constructively challenge decisions with senior leaders, provide coaching to managers in areas such as process management and HR fundamentals, and oversee all HR-related issues for the region, including talent, reward, diversity, engagement, culture, learning and development. I also manage a Junior HRBP, a team of HR advisors, and a payroll officer, and have successfully completed several side projects to streamline policies and procedures.
