To include day-to-day maintenance such as adding and maintaining log sources. Designing, creating and testing new correlation rules. Creating reports. Maintained a global messaging infrastructure, to include architectural design, deployment, and maintenance. Worked with various messaging security solutions such as messaging specific AV products, and first generation anti-spam technology to the latest industry leading messaging security gateways. Deployed and maintained a secure/encrypted e-mail solution for internal employees to allow encrypted e-mail with external users without requiring the use of key exchange or client software.Helped design and implement the message routing infrastructure for an internal first generation e-mail campaign mail system. Deployed Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records, worked with e-mail reputation vendors, and major ISPs such as AOL. Maintained an e-mail forwarding system for some 750,000+ independent sales consultants.

Contracted to Microsoft to take calls from customers for Exchange 4.0, 5.0, and 5.5. Heavy focus on Exchange disaster recovery and general administration troubleshooting.
