Property Processing, requesting payment to send to the city, and analyze all steps of due payment processing for errors and discrepancies• Daily report distribution to team members and QA/QC all client reports to make sure the reports were sent to the team, reporting findings to the manager• Handle municipality audits verifying that registration conditions are correct and properties are registered• Ensure properties are maintained in a safe, sound, secure and sanitary manner• Maintain thorough knowledge of, and follow all Client Statement of Work (SOW), Investor, Government, Local, State, Federal and Regulatory agencies, as well as Altisource policies, procedures, and requirements on assigned inventory• Conduct a thorough review of each inspection and work order assigned, to ensure that the report appears correct, based on the information provided in the inspection report or work order, as well as the photos the Vendor has provided, and that the mandatory photos are attached, are clear, and adequately reflect the property condition.• An understanding of default properties and FHA guidelines• Mortgage loan processing/ REO asset management.• Knowledge of FHA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. requirements

Communicate with vendors, clients, internal departments, and stakeholders - including reporting, updating notes in vendor management system, de-escalating vendor situations and escalating client concerns.• meeting with internal stakeholders and vendors to discuss issues/resolutions, getting clarification on work orders and status.
