Oversee and enhance multiple IT systems including iManage Document Management System, Microsoft Windows Servers and SQL databases, Vonage phone system, and web-based services and ensure operational dependability. Implement and support security technologies and platforms, and maintain security controls necessary for SOC2 Type 2 certification, client cyber-security audits, and HIPAA compliance. - Constructed desktop images for distribution on all new Windows 10 hardware, organized the deployment of 275 PCs to all remote staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. This technology kept our workforce productive during the pandemic and allowed the vast majority of attorneys and other personnel to work remotely.- 20 years of experience supporting the overall iManage Document Management system, including planning numerous system upgrades. Responsibilities included supporting Work Server, FileSite, RAVN Indexer, SPM (Security Policy Manager).- Developed firm’s intranet using SharePoint Online, enabling the firm to collaborate while fostering cohesion and employee engagement.- Established an effective online program for the HR and Compliance departments to onboard new hires.- Acted as the liaison between IT & Accounting on all technology related software and projects, including implementation and upgrades to Thomson Elite and IntApp Time Entry.- Participated in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises and risk assessments.
