I enjoy setting and reaching goals that can be achieved through teamwork, dedication and strategy. My current role involves working with the leaders at strategic accounts to enable them with all of the advantages that Baker Hughes has to offer. We are an Energy Technology company. Our technologies and solution offerings are developed with customers in mind – while our in-house expertise is focused on supporting our partners as they confront the duel challenges facing our industry. This dual challenge is to provide more energy to meet the growing global demand while decreasing the carbon footprint. Together with the leaders of the strategic accounts, we align their corporate goals to capabilities within BH. This could include a more efficient approach to an exploration effort, leading your company through a digital transformation, or reducing emissions through a number of ways. The domain expertise and solutions available through Baker Hughes are immense. This offers a challenging role for me to expose these possibilities to my strategic partners. In my previous role I developed the GPB strategy for North America for turbomachinery across a new units and service team. Then delivering on the commitments made to multiple P&Ls within GE O&G. The operating rhythm established by my team must report accurate forecast to the business, develop and execute a strategy that will exceed goals and position us for the future.
