In this role I support operations and strategy around critical network services for the enterprise network across all sites for Charter's 101k employees and 450k wired devices.My organization, Network Services, consists of 15-30 personal across 3 teams:- Network Access Control: Controls and limits access for all devices on the enterprise network.- Domain Services: Manages Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, Group Policy, and Virtual Directory Services.- DHCP/IPAM: Responsible for managing IP address allocation and associated data across the network.

As one of five founding members and 14-year leader of IT operations and infrastructure at RDS, a engineering and software startup, I played a pivotal role in its 25-year success. I oversaw a team of 7 supporting over 700 engineers and developers across the US and India.Accomplishments:• Overseen daily operations of the IT department and facilities.• Managed an annual operational software budget of $2 million.• Primary point of contact for procurement of infrastructure and software for the company.• Designed, built, and maintained office and data center infrastructure across 10 interconnected sites.• Developed and implemented strategies for disaster recovery and security adhering to ISO27001 standards leading to successful mitigation of a confirmed ransomware attack.• Developed, deployed, and maintained infrastructure supporting the creation of engineering software.• Successfully developed and implemented a remote work strategy and transitioned over 500 in-house employees to a remote within two weeks to support operations during lockdown.• Deployment and support of data integration and spatial data processing software.
