Quality Control Inspector
Current* Program and operate Keyence IM system, Nikon vision system;* Perform dimensional inspection on product using a variety of measuring equipment such as, but not limited to: CMM, Keyence, optical comparator, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gages;* Perform visual inspection of multiple products for mechanical characteristics to documentation;* Perform as an inspector for various areas of inspection, such as in-process, incoming receiving inspection, source inspection, and/or final inspection;* Review all documentation for completeness, lot integrity, including stamp off on test data, router, and supplier certifications;* Perform first article inspection for in-process operations;* Review first article packages for completeness;* Support quality engineering to identify in-process or supplier trends;* Conduct production area, documentation, and support area audits. Interfaces with multiple levels of personnel, including production personnel, management and government/customer representative;* Assist quality engineering with customer representative during first article and or production buy-off;* Help identify opportunities for improving process and procedures.
