I am responsible for our strategic account management unit with a focus on expansion of the relationships, fostering growth and ensuring retention for our clients. I work across our complete portfolio working with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public and Private, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP ByDesign and SAP Business One, as well as our FieldVu and Resolv products. I serve as a member of our management team and strive to maintain our company’s excellent reputation for quality, customer satisfaction and as a leader in developing and implementing on SAP technologies.Prior to my current role, I have held several positions of escalating seniority at VistaVu and Achieve IT Solutions (acquired by VistaVu Solutions) which included being the head of the Business One Business Unit, responsibility for our Resolv brand of software, global partner channel development, management of our Professional Services organization, project management for some of our largest clients and providing business management and technical consulting. During my tenure, Resolv has helped our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers embrace the digital economy and transform through several technology leaps, receiving awards along the way including being the basis for Achieve IT Solutions recognition as SAP Innovator of the Year. Before joining Achieve IT Solutions, I held a Project Manager position at Access Information Technologies, a Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner and the developer of Contract ERP. I have also worked in the Education and Financial Services industries as an operations consultant, analyst and Instructor for certification curriculum for Microsoft and COMPTIA. My professional certifications and licenses include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and numerous SAP and Microsoft certifications. I received my Master of Science in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Personally, I am an investor in commercial real estate, and volunteer for local boards, charitable and entrepreneurial organizations and enjoy public speaking.
