Hi, I’m Daryl Berry Jr. from Birmingham, Alabama but you can call me DBJ for short. I’m an entry level cybersecurity analyst with a year of experience under my belt with plenty of interest in the IT industry and technology as a whole!My skills mostly revolve around vulnerability management, utilizing vulnerability scanners such as Tenable Nessus to find weak-points in a system or network. Malware, Log, and PCAP analysis with tools such as VirusTotal, Splunk ES, and Wireshark. As well as reviewing existing policies such as NIST-800 Framework, in addition to being knowledgeable of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain.I’m an easy going, down to earth guy who enjoys learning new things especially from those who have come before me as well as those who come from a different walk of life than myself.
