Led automation design projects to fully automate both zulily fulfillment operation facilities, over 1MM sq ft. Managed greenfield facility design in Nevada over 705,000 sq ft.

Led a facility project included the consolidation of two facilities into one. Managed a team of engineers and led all standard development, standard maintenance, and process improvement efforts. Introduced MOST pre-determined time systems and utilized it to expedite the time to engineer a process. Decentralized Multimedia facility into regional distribution facilities utilizing existing processing channels.
