I work with groups to design and host conversations, meetings, retreats, and longer-term systems change and transformation. I am also hired as a leadership or personal coach. As a consultant and contractor, I have experience working with organisations and their business leaders (up to C-level) to help them see their world differently and influence long-term organisational and cultural change. I’m also an experienced coach who helps leaders to expand their thinking in the places they get stuck and supporting them to navigate the challenges they face. I’m skilled at inviting and listening to different perspectives and helping individuals and groups to discover their own way forward. I was an active participant and co-creator of a self-organising co-operative — Campfire Co-op. I not only worked with others exploring (teal) self-organisation and participation - but was able to learn, practice and model that.

Developed and delivered a successful learning program — Storytelling for Leaders — to help leaders to improve their capability to influence, engage and inspire others. I also contributed to the design and development of a Deliberate Practice Program—a learning product designed to embed and reinforce learning.

Using narrative approaches, I helped organisations make sense of complex problems, allowing the emergence of shared understandings and collective decision making. As a result, I’m skilled in hosting anecdote circles and other story sharing participatory methods.

l held several positions within the technology industry where I was responsible for understanding the needs of clients (business analysis and requirements; software design; training needs analysis; account management) and managing project design and delivery (product management; project management; delivery). I also managed all operational aspects of a small professional services company including delivery, hiring, scheduling, training, procurement, budgeting, and billing.
