This includes ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements including the Agreement on Internal Trade, formation of a purchasing consortium to achieve competitive tension and vendor negotiations on acquisitions including multi-year arrangements and arrangements with total values in excess of 10M.-IT Resourcing. Responsible for the strategic acquisition of IT consultants and contracted resources for short, medium and long term engagements.- IT Contracts and Contracting. Responsible for the formation, oversight, management and administration of more than 200 active IT vendor contracts, ranging in size and length from short term, low dollar arrangements to multi-year, multiple million dollar arrangements.- IT outsourcing. Responsible for oversight and management of all IT outsourcing vendors, including many multi-national organizations including IBM, SAP and TELUS.
