- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, gaining understanding of their business requirements and the problem they are trying to solve using the Axonify Platform- Manage a portfolio of complex implementations of the Axonify platform which span one or multiple lines of business and various verticals- Consult customers on how to best use the Axonify platform to strategically solve their business problem- Lead customers through the setup of an Axonify tenant and ensure successful end to end implementation, including: technical setup: authentication, user data and integrations (SFTP & API), program configuration and best practices consulting, engagement strategy, launch planning and execution, user engagement strategies, including reward programs and gamification- Provide best practice solutions on implementation practices and user experience in the Axonify platform

Focus on solutions and look to drive new revenue opportunities while meeting the goals of the customer and the company.Product - Opportunities- Work closely with Director, Customer Success for new sales opportunities.- Create sales opportunities within product mixtures.- Work through renewal processes with other Directors and determine areas to engage customer further.- Identify new opportunities within existing client base.- Create awareness of product offerings or notable events through the use of Social Media platforms.- Work with Marketing teams to generate new campaigns, awareness or target opportunities.- Communicate status of opportunities through the use of CRM tools.Product – Knowledge- Work with other Customer Engagement Managers and Directors to promote respective products.- Work with other Customer Engagement Managers and Directors to support and onboard customers on respective products.- Work with Customer Engagement Managers and Directors to provide feedback and direction on enhancements.- Work with Customer Engagement Managers and Directors to road map new product opportunities

- Direct interaction with high profile clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding the various services through Zoho Desk- Take care of NHL, CHL and other professional hockey leagues needs such as program errors, game reports, feature requests and expense reports- Work in fast paced environment dealing with issues during events when clients are using our services in real time- Perform testing with feedback on new features on the services before releasing to clients
