Unit stayed under budget for three years and had a surplus for two years. – Increased program impact to Club members in the three priority outcomes (academic success, healthy lifestyle, and character and leadership) by 10% per year all for three years.– Established relationships with city and county officials, which resulted in free gym and Club renovations, free repairs, and a renewed lease (for free) for 10 years.
