I left a lucrative career in Information Technology to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives through Applied Psychology. I did this because I had to - my own survival depended on it. I found some gifted, like minded superstars and formed Josal Consulting Ltd.Approximately 51% of the world’s population goes to somewhere daily that they call ‘work’, and we believe that workplaces and the people who go there, can be happier, more fulfilled, and ultimately lead more productive lives.We use our gifts, talents, and love to help employees in the workplace through comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) which go beyond employee counselling and incorporates training, management consultations, and other types of interventions to reach the entire workforce.
