Within my target driven consultancy role, I am responsible for headhunting and selecting suitable teaching candidates through from the reviewing of application, shortlisting and managing candidate interview & testing, right through to finalised placement. Throughout this process, independent advertisement methods are used to reach my client base to include social media marketing and face to face networking. As well as ensuring that all candidates put forth to suited applications are thoroughly referenced and vetted to meet industry employee standards (DBS check), it is my responsibility to ensure that all clients are suitably briefed and in agreeance about the responsibilities, salaries and benefits of the job in question.
