I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships for existing end user customers and the companies distribution network in the South East of England. Training of distributors sales representatives in regards to Nederman products.Providing technical advice on the Nederman product range to end user customers and the companies distribution.

Maintenance of Nederman dust and fume extraction equipment Assessing warranty claims, Local Exhaust ventilation performance testing in accordance with current HSG requirementsProduction of all relevant paperwork.Sales and promoting after sales services, site service work, preventative maintenance contracts and spare parts.Recommending equipment upgrades.

Developing and maintaining customer relationshipsTaking orders from customer base and processing of telephone and faxed orders.Liaising with logistics department to ensure all orders are packed and delivered.Processing of invoices once orders have been shipped.Providing product assistance to customer base.Managing a team of companies own service engineers.

Providing motor insurance quotations to customers on a face to face basis and on the telephone.Taking cash/cheque/card payments.All associated administration work relating to motor insurance.
