Reviewed 40+ projects a year.- Designed, configured and supported Cisco CSS & CSM's(Load Balancers) infrastructure of 250+ virtuals for FedEx Ground. - Designed, configured and supported Cisco GSS's(Global Site selectors) for FedEx Ground datacenter disaster recovery.

Assist Roadway Express Corporate headquarters and 600 terminal computer users with software, hardware and WAN/LAN problems. Handled first/second level support calls. Worked with third level support and hardware venders to resolve problems. Trained other help desk personnel on the use of software created in house. Programmed IVR applications for Roadway Express and Roberts Express.
