Leads cross-functional groups of technical associates to design and engineer complex and multi-disciplinary functional solutions in support of business requirements and/or to solve user’s to business problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.Projects:- Forth level support for 500+ FedEx locations and 3000+ network equipment.- Reviewed FedEx Ground projects for WAN/LAN infrastructure requirements. Provided network design and cost for the projects. Network budget for the projects ranged from $0 to $750,000. Reviewed 40+ projects a year.- Designed, configured and supported Cisco CSS & CSM's(Load Balancers) infrastructure of 250+ virtuals for FedEx Ground. - Designed, configured and supported Cisco GSS's(Global Site selectors) for FedEx Ground datacenter disaster recovery.

Projects:- Coordinated, Designed redundancy project for all Vendor connection and LAN switches and routers for FedEx Ground’s corporate headquarters.- Coordinated, Designed, and setup the WAN/LAN infrastructure for FedEx Ground’s Internet move.- Coordinated, Designed, and setup the WAN/LAN infrastructure for FedEx Ground’s datacenter move.- Combine FedEx ground and FedEx Logistics WAN infrastructure with the new parent company, FedEx Corp.- Coordinated, Designed, and setup the WAN/LAN infrastructure for moving Caliber Technology's datacenter.Split the combined WAN/LAN infrastructure of four operating units into four independent WAN/LAN infrastructures.- WAN/LAN Y2K readiness for Caliber Technology, Roberts Express, Viking Freight.

Assist Roadway Express Corporate headquarters and 600 terminal computer users with software, hardware and WAN/LAN problems. Handled first/second level support calls. Worked with third level support and hardware venders to resolve problems. Trained other help desk personnel on the use of software created in house. Programmed IVR applications for Roadway Express and Roberts Express. Projects:- Design, Implemented and maintained IVR applications for Roadway Express Help Desk, Roadway Express payroll department and Roberts Express.
