Management Responsibilities:•Manage the network interconnections between the organization and the Internet service providers (Time Warner, Sprint, etc.).•Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.•Build Network and computing infrastructure changes and extension plans and deliver recommendations to Technology Director.•Manage, schedule and prioritize work between vendors to accommodate maintenance and repairs in a timely and accurate manner while minimizing impact on current operations.•Manage the server environment and network infrastructure.•Recommend, brief on using technology as a way to communicate and educate.•Initiate and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN.Technology Skills:•Establish network security standards and ensures all organization data network resources are secure.•Develop and maintain the organization’s e-mail and server disaster recovery plan.•Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot networking hardware devices and software, including backup, security management, user account management, cabling, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support.•Monitor backup processes, load appropriate media for the nightly backups, restore files when needed and stores the backup media in an appropriate location.•Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources•Troubleshoot and provide a fast response to resolve technical issues, including the use of product technical support to ensure timely problem resolution.•Informs management (CEO/COO) of potential service level problems before they occur and communicates solutions.•Develop and report technology needs analyses.•Development of long range technology planning through ongoing research. Also assist to develop and document system standards for computer and network devices.

•Cash checks; make deposits; issue money orders, cashier's checks, and savings bonds.•Balancing main cash vault and other tellers’ cash drawer if out of balance. •Installing programs and software onto all bank computers. •Preparing monthly new account reports •Maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure every customer leaves our bank feeling satisfied with their services. •Training new tellers on the proper cash handling procedures and computer programs necessary to complete all transactions. •Ensure the tellers working on my shift are following all bank procedures and guidelines and give all customers the same service that they would wish to receive. •Set a positive example to my co-workers; showing how excellent customer service makes a business continue to grow successfully. I also had much experience with many computer programs, including Microsoft Office components including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Frontpage.
