• Establish and implement new or revised application functionality through a process of definition, design, EDI translation mapping, and testing.• Develop and maintain EDI transaction sets, maintain translation/mapping tools, and data communication networks.• Develop and execute test plans to fully test the new/revised EDI transactions.• Develop system or support documentation and training materials for production implementation.• Analyze and resolve reported production issues and other EDI errors.• Train personnel on the implementation processes/procedures.• Evaluate EDI requirements and complete analysis with existing functionality.• Lead EDI initiatives through all phases of project life cycle.

• Interface with all levels of retail and automotive customers to implement assigned project tasks on-time and with high quality, including trading partner on-boarding, customer VAN migrations and support for EDI transaction sets including but not limited to 850, 855, 860, 865, 856, 810, 861, 864, 870, 846, 824, 997, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV, APERAK, CONTRL and RECADV.• Proactively identify issues and execute corrective actions and suggest improvements.• Configure and deploy EDI mailboxes utilizing communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, OFTP, and AS2.• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, process flowcharts and training materials.• Manage trading partner setups, B2B Web Portal customer on-boarding’s and VAN migrations.• Research and resolve customer trouble tickets related to Easylink ICC.NET and GXS VAN services, interfacing with customer technicians and third party system providers.• Develop monitoring scripts, respond to automated service alerts and initiate issue resolution as part of an EDI team 24x7 on-call.• Develop EDI Mapping and Specifications of ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets utilizing GXS Application Integrator.

• International and national installation, configuration, implementation and support of secure file transfer, EDI data translator, automated shipping solution and barcode scanning equipment.• Install software upgrades to EDI applications as needed including CLEO Lexicom, Sterling Commerce Gentran:Server and Gentran Director on various Microsoft OS platforms such as Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP Professional, XP Home, 2000.• Develop automated shipping solution documentation and training materials.• Perform in house and on site user training.• Develop multiple VAN business relationships on behalf of customer base.• Provide customer support including initial customer contact and problem definition through problem resolution
