Collaborating closely with the Planner/Buyer, I played a pivotal role in allocation, replenishment, and unit needs determination across different locations. My responsibilities extended to analyzing store performance by customer type, conducting ad-hoc analyses focused on product selling, turn, and weeks of supply. As I advanced, I developed an in-season Rolling Operating Forecast for sales, margin, and inventory, managing department-level open-to-buy in collaboration with Buyers. Taking on increased responsibilities, I played a key role in creating and managing annual financial plans, exceeding revenues of $500M+. My scope included managing inventory replenishment projections for over 20,000 SKUs across 800+ selling locations, driving sales and margin growth through omnichannel planning and pricing strategies.

Supported the office of Michigan House Representative Lisa Howze by conducting district-voting analysis to better identify targets for re-election campaign. Collaborated with legislative departments across state government to resolve issues for constituents. Researched existing policy while exploring opportunities for improvements via new legislation.

Completed a summer analyst role creating marketing materials and drafting investment cases for new ETF products. Researched and provided economic analysis on a broad range of industries for emerging market products.

Staffed on a wealth management team and prospected new high net worth clients in the metro Detroit area to grow the firm's assets. Successfully sourced $6M+ in new 401k business and organized seminars for CPAs on retirement accounts and fiduciary liability.
