In this contract assignment, I was the Project Manager responsible for delivering the Vancouver Island Health Authority's employee engagement survey to over 13,000 geographically dispersed employees. Specifically, I was responsible for all project planning documentation and budget tracking, as well as for the development and implementation of a highly successful creative internal communications campaign.This role also afforded the opportunity to create organization-wide learning opportunities and web-based resources to support leaders in their efforts to support positive engagement practices.The highlight of this position was directly contributing to an almost 15% increase in the organization's survey participation rate.
