- Assisting the Director of S&M in daily tasks- Handling incoming sales requests within 24 h, - Preparing Rooming Lists in Opera- Assisting with events organization for groups or weddings- Assisting in developing marketing sales, internal brand communication and other departments collateral- Controling and analysing of daily sales changes of the hotel- Creating traces in PMS - Creating the proposals and supporting customer follow-ups

During my first internship I had different areas of responsibilities, such as: - assisting with employee relations - organizing employee events and engaging with different departments - maintaining/update employee files and HR filing system - assisting in the recruitment (selection profiles, interviews) and staffing logistics - creating the monthly reports for the payroll - creating staff daily newsletter and encouraging social activities - monitoring efficiency of staff benefits - assisting in the staff evaluation analysis - welcoming and integrating new employees

After finishing school I had a chance to work as a personal assistant and understand the basics of the office main chores, reporting, business purchases and organization of events. While working in the office I had become more involved in business related matters and I improved communicational skils as well.
